Water Aerobics
This low impact class is designed for students who want to maintain or improve their cardio fitness while strengthening all the major muscle groups. Burning calories, stress release and improved flexibility and range of motion are added benefits. The instructor will provide modifications suitable for all fitness levels. Each class session incorporates both shallow and deep water exercises.

Synchronized Swimming
Artistic swimming, also known as synchronized swimming, is a mix of gymnastics, dance, and swim team. This recreational league is a great chance for children to try a new sport and enjoy some fun learning in the pool. Participants will learn a few basic synchro skills and how to put them together to music in a routine to show parents at the end of the session during a super fun competition with other local recreational leagues at a local pool. Mermaid School
This mermaid course is designed to give you the necessary skills to live out your underwater fantasy! Mermaiding is a fun sport to learn. In this mermaid course you’ll learn the basic skills of mermaiding in 6 classes. Each water session is 1 hour. The course will be done on Tuesdays, starting 7/9 from 10:30 am to 11:30 am. The cost is $150.00. Lessons will be captured through amazing photos and videos.

Lap Swimming

Lanes are available in the outdoor, adult-only pool for those 18+ during all open hours, Labor Day to Memorial Day.
Masters Swimming
Master Swim is open to adults 18 and older who are looking to improve their fitness through the sport of swimming. Workouts vary each week and focus on speed, endurance, and technique. Each workout is coached from the water and understanding the use of a pace clock is necessary.
